Professional Development to suit you ...

Once we receive your request via email, our consultant will personally call you to discuss your needs. We can then tailor an appropriate support package for you. Typically our schools request:

One-off training day

A full day of professional development for all staff in the school to update knowledge and skills.

Examples:

  • Using manipulatives effectively to support learning 

  • Introduction to bar modelling

  • Challenging learners through reasoning

Programme of Professional Development

A few days of planned CPD throughout the year to ensure sustained improvement.

Examples: 

  • Subject knowledge development focusing on progression in different mathematical content areas. 

  • KS1 focused CPD and then KS2 focused CPD to ensure whole-school approach.

  • Developing mastery and the singapore approach.

Regular In-school support

Coaching and mentoring on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.

Examples:

  • Supporting subject leader once every 2 weeks to review maths provision and develop areas for improvement. 

  • Curriculum mapping and assessment reviews.

  • Regular teacher coaching and using deliberate practice to improve aspects of teaching.
